Ready-stock pieces
Unworn ready-stock pieces may be returned within seven days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging with all documentation. Refunds are issued once the piece has been inspected.

Return and Cancellation Policy
What can be returned, what cannot, and how to raise a problem.
Bespoke and made-to-order pieces
Commissioned, resized, engraved and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned, because they are made to a single client's specification. This is why we confirm every detail in writing before production.
Cancellation
An order may be cancelled without charge before production begins. Once casting has started, the deposit covers work already carried out.
Faults
If a piece arrives damaged or does not match its confirmed specification, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund it.
