Every piece carries a twelve-month warranty against manufacturing defects — failed solder joints, setting faults and finishing defects are repaired free of charge.

What we stand behind, and how to have a piece serviced.
Not covered
Accidental damage, impact, stone loss through knocks, chemical damage, resizing carried out elsewhere, and normal wear such as thinning shanks or worn rhodium plating.
Servicing
We re-polish, re-rhodium, re-tip prongs and resize our own pieces at cost. Send us photographs first and we will advise what the piece needs.
