Ready-stock pieces are usually dispatched within two to three business days of cleared payment. Made-to-order pieces are dispatched once production and quality control are complete.

Insurance
All shipments are fully insured in transit and require a signature on delivery. We share the tracking reference as soon as the parcel is handed over.
International delivery
We ship internationally through insured, trackable services. Import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Documentation
Certification and invoices travel with the parcel where required. Please tell us in advance if your customs authority needs specific paperwork.
